Eversheds Sutherland Czech Republic provided comprehensive legal advice to VivInvest Management, a Czech investment company active in residential development for over 12 years, in connection with the acquisition of a development project on the eastern outskirts of Prague, which is planned to include more than 170 residential and non-residential units.
The legal advice primarily covered conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition documentation, documentation for a bridge loan, security instruments, and related corporate documents.
This represents the second phase of a large-scale project that the client has acquired with Eversheds Sutherland assistance. The acquisition team consisted of Partner Pavel Kropáček, Senior Associate Michal Schejbal, and Associate Pavel Svoboda.
