The Transformation Summit will take place on September 23–24 at the O2 universum in Prague. It is one of the largest European conferences focused on project management, PMO, leadership, AI, and transformation management.
This year's program features speakers such as former President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová, Ed Hoffman (NASA), Alistair Cockburn (co-author of the Agile Manifesto), Bren Mounsdon (Barclays), Pia-Maria Thorén (Agile People), Americo Pinto (PMO Global Alliance), Tomáš Šebek, or Artūras Kuliešas, who will present the Baltic Synchronization project – one of the most significant transformation projects in Europe in recent years.
In addition to inspiring keynote speeches, the summit will also offer interactive formats – practical workshops, moderated roundtable discussions in smaller groups, an AI Hackathon, and exclusive networking sessions that create space for sharing experiences and connecting with leaders in transformation, project management, PMO, and HR.
