FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to change, shorten, extend or cancel the competition rules. In the event of a change to the rules, this change must be made in writing and published on the Organizer's website to the competition.
The Organizer reserves the right to exchange the prize for another of similar value.
There is no legal entitlement to participate in the competition or to receive a prize.
The Organizer is not liable for any damages suffered by the participants as a result of their participation in the competition or as a result of receiving the prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to decide any matter arising out of the competition at its sole discretion and without explanation. The Organizer declares that he has no obligations to the entrants. The entrants are not entitled to any output from the Organizer other than those set out in the competition rules.
In matters not covered by these competition rules, legal relations related to this competition shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Participants undertake to act in accordance with these Rules, in accordance with the legitimate interests of the Organizers and Partners, good morals and the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any act or suspected act contrary to the above may be grounds for exclusion from the competition.
The court of competent jurisdiction for all legal proceedings brought in connection with these rules, including disputes concerning the validity of these rules, shall be the court of competent jurisdiction of the Organizer's registered office. Subject matter jurisdiction shall be governed by applicable law.
